Can I combine coupons or stack multiple offers? No — each visit is limited to one coupon. Our specials are already priced to give you real savings, so only one offer can be applied per service call. If you're unsure which coupon gives you the most value, just ask when you call and we'll point you in the right direction.
Do coupons apply to emergency plumbing services? No. Emergency service calls involve after-hours dispatch and expedited response, so our standard coupons and promotional offers do not apply to emergency plumbing calls. For scheduled, non-emergency services, your coupon is good to go.
Do I need to present my coupon before the plumber arrives? Yes — coupons must be presented at the time of service. Please have your coupon ready (printed or on your phone) when your technician arrives. We're unable to apply discounts after the service has been completed, so don't forget to mention it upfront.
Can I use a coupon if I'm already a Thorough Plumbing member? Yes! Coupons are compatible with your membership discount. If you're on one of our maintenance plans, you can still take advantage of an applicable special on eligible services. It's our way of making sure loyal customers always get a great deal.
