Ben was a great plumber.diagnosed just what i needed.fixed toilets,drained water heater,replaced and fixed pipe under house.very reasonable price.couldn't have been a nicer guy.the best plumber I've ever had and would highly recommended Thorough Plumbing to everyone....norm.

We had an evening plumbing emergency and Jeffrey came out pretty quickly. Very professional and nice. Good work and honest recommendations. Would recommend him 100%.

Had a minor bathroom sink draining issue. Called Thorough Plumbing and got a quick appointment. The plumber, Ben, arrived within the promised time frame. Very nice young man and made quick work of resolving the drainage issue. Should the need arise, will definitely use this plumbing company again.

We were really impressed with Thorough Plumbing. We found excessive rust on the natural gas pipe coming into our house. After Atmos inspected and found no leak, we called Thorough. Ben showed up, explained the process, and got right to work. After replacing the rusted pipe and pressure checking the system, he filed the appropriate form and requested an inspection from the city. Everything went so smoothly!

Jeff did an excellent job working on my bathroom sink. He was very customer friendly and efficient with the job at hand. He educated myself in terms of the reasoning on why the sink was leaking. I would highly recommend using his plumbing services for the future.

We heard some popping sounds in our water heaters. One is 12 years old and the other is 15. Flush? Or replace? So I called these guys out. WOW. Personable. Professional. No hard sell. Ben and Antonio were both a huge help to us when we were in desperate need of plumbers. We took a chance after finding them online and our whole family is very grateful. I have used Thorough Plumbing previously. This time I had a water heater leak. I was consulted and given the pros and cons of installing a tank versus a tankless water heater. Jeff took the time to go over the pros and cons given our situation. Ultimately we chose the tank option due to our preference. He replaced both of our water heaters. He also wasn't satisfied with the vents that the builder had originally placed so he took time to replace the events to assure a safer install for us. I will only go with Jeff and his team with any of my plumbing needs in the future. He is obviously passionate about his work and he cares deeply about doing a good job. He offers a long warranty on his products and work that can go beyond the manufacturer warranty.

Thorough Plumbing replaced all the old cast iron sewer lines under the slab foundation. Jeff had a team of excavators that tunneled from the front to the back of the house, under all the areas that had sewer lines. This included the kitchen, three bathrooms, and the utility room. It was not a small undertaking. Jeff did all the plumbing work, installing and securing the new lines. The work was professional and completed on time, and Jeff stands behind his work. I have dealt with a number of local plumbing companies whose only motivation seems to be to try and take you for all your worth. Thorough Plumbing is family owned and never once did I feel like I was being taken advantage of or sold on something. Work quality was great and professional. Definitely recommend checking them out vs some of the bigger companies in the metro area.
