On August 13, 2024, in Dallas, Texas, our expert plumbing team responded to a water issue. Water was noticed at the corner of the patio near the washing machine wall and garage. The problem area includes a downspout from the second floor connecting to the first-floor gutter. There was slight growth on the wall and between the bricks, but no active water was detected at the time. Using the sprinkler system, we identified a leak on zone two at the generator. Zones five and six might be under the patio and capped off. We recommended the customer test the zones and washing machine drain individually.

Customer is using a electric false fireplace so we deleted the line from system. No actual repair or replacement is needed unless fireplace line is ever put back to use.
