After isolation testing for water lines found the hot water truck line through home from water heater to kitchen to jackjill bathroom had leaks. Had to cut into multiple walls to access copper manifolds in the wall. We rerouted the water line from heater into the attic to jackjill bathroom with one drop at kitchen sink and insulated.

Water showing up in corner of patio at washing machine wall and garage. This is where there is the second floor down spot that connects into the first floor gutter. Slight growth on the wall as well as in-between the brick patio. No water showing at this time. Turned on the sprinkler system and found leak on zone two at the generator. Zone five and six may be under the patio but capped off causing the issue. No water damage in the home at washer or directly behind the wall. Recommend customer isolating the zones individually as well as the washer to test the drain.
