Arrived with water heaters both turned off at water and gas. After cutting into sheetrock behind gas dryer found simple manifold with cold line up and hot line down. Hot line going into slab has galvanizing with a pin hole. Was able to cut out 1' section and press to couplings.

Installed customer provided faucets with our shut off valves and new tabular drain fitting.

Guest bedroom on the front of the home is connected to a full bathroom. The floor in the bedroom saturated with water recommend pulling back carpet and removing padding. Cut up in the sheet rock inside the closet that connects to the bathroom to find drain line from sink and vent break that needs to be repaired. Everything’s usable and home with the exception of this particular sink. This home has overhead waterlines the drop down. Made sewer and drain repair at sink to vent tee.

Found out that the leak is caused by the sprinklers

Installed chrome pop up assembly and p trap under left sink in master. Installed new flapper, fill valve, flush valve, tank to bowl kit, supply and lever in master toilet.

Rusted old galvanized main water line going through exterior wall into basement leaking. Replaced the old pipe with pex going from valve box into the basement approx 55 feet

Came out for water movement at meter. Shut off double check and determined leak was on sprinkler line. Happened to smell gas with customer on side of home near gas meter and customer decided to have me do a pressure test. His house held pressure and the leak appeared to be on coserve side. Coserve on the way to fix leak and put meter back together.
